VPF

The fundamental principle on which the Variable Pressure Foaming technology is based is the use, in the course of setting, of vacuum and pressure as process variables, avoiding the use of external agents which are uncontrollable and harmful to the environment, such as CFC/HCFC, methylene chloride, CO2, to obtain a foamed material by using water only, and which is eco-compatible and recyclable. The chambers of the VPF system can be considered as close reactors where the pressure can be constantly fixed and controlled.

CPF

The special process Controlled Predispersion System allows to introduce the microcapsules in the preparation stage of raw materials, thus obtaining controlled Predispersion. This allows to produce polyurethane with a homogeneous distribution of microadditives within its cellular structure.
